Yoga with Rich
Movement, breath and wellbeing.
Yoga has transformed the way I look after both my body and my mind.
Although I had attended the occasional class over the years, it wasn't until I began practising regularly in 2022 that I truly experienced its benefits. What started as a way to improve my flexibility quickly became something much deeper. Through movement, breath and mindfulness, yoga has become one of the tools I use to support my mental wellbeing, helping me to manage stress, find moments of calm and feel more connected to myself.
I currently practise at Yogi Sanctuary and am completing my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training. Every class reminds me that yoga isn't about being flexible or achieving the perfect pose — it's about showing up exactly as you are and creating space for yourself.
My aim is to create welcoming, inclusive classes where everyone feels comfortable, whether you're stepping onto a yoga mat for the very first time or returning after a break. I believe yoga is for everybody and that its benefits go far beyond the physical practice.
In the future I hope to offer:
- Beginner-friendly yoga classes
- Wellbeing workshops
- Retreats and special events
- Yoga and craft wellbeing experiences
Above all, I want people to leave class feeling a little stronger, a little calmer and a little more connected than when they arrived.
